Mike Nill joins Redivus Health Advisory BoardRedivus Health is proud to announce that Mike Nill, former Chief Operating Officer of Cerner Corporation (now Oracle Health), has joined the company’s Advisory Board.

Mike brings more than three decades of leadership in healthcare information technology. During his 23-year tenure at Cerner, he helped scale the company from $125 million to $5.5 billion in revenue, playing a central role in designing, building, deploying, and operating global healthcare systems that supported tens of thousands of clinicians and millions of patients across hospitals and health systems worldwide. His experience spans enterprise architecture, security, scalability, software development, consulting and deployment, and 24/7 operations and support.

“The need for healthcare and the technology that supports it never stops,” said Mike. “At Cerner, we built and managed systems that had to be available 24x7x365, because you can never predict when someone will need medical attention. Supporting nearly one-third of U.S. healthcare systems demanded continuous improvement, discipline, and operational rigor. I see that same mindset and mission in what Redivus is building.”

Strengthening Enterprise Healthcare Technology at Scale

“Mike understands what it takes to deploy and operate mission-critical healthcare technology at scale,” said Jeff Dunn, DO/MBA, CEO of Redivus Health. “He has lived the realities of running enterprise clinical systems inside some of the largest health systems in the world. As we expand across hospitals, federal partners, and our partnership with the American Red Cross, his guidance on architecture, scalability, security, and operations will be invaluable.”

In his role on the Redivus Health Advisory Board, Mike will work closely with Redivus’s leadership and engineering teams to strengthen technical capabilities, enhance enterprise-grade infrastructure, and refine scalable organizational structures, processes, and strategies. His experience leading software development, deployment, and support for large-scale healthcare systems will be instrumental as Redivus navigates what he believes is a key inflection point in its growth—particularly as the company rolls out the Resuscitation Suite™ app in collaboration with the American Red Cross to thousands of clinicians nationwide.

“I believe Redivus is at a pivotal inflection point after signing several major contracts,” Mike added. “My experience in helping organizations grow from startup to multi-billion-dollar operations can support Redivus as it scales, ensuring they deliver the reliability, performance, and outcomes their clients and investors expect.”

Advancing Resuscitation and Emergency Care Outcomes

At Redivus, the mission is to dramatically improve outcomes during the most critical moments in healthcare when patients are in cardiac arrest, respiratory failure, or rapid clinical deterioration. The Redivus platform delivers real-time clinical support, structured documentation, and actionable analytics to hospital resuscitation teams, ensuring that care teams have the right information at the right time.

Mike’s addition further strengthens Redivus’s leadership and advisory bench as the company builds the next generation of resuscitation and emergency care technology.
