General
Redivus was designed by clinicians for clinicians. It provides actionable, clinical decision support via web-based or mobile devices to guide clinicians through time-critical, high-mortality medical events focused on resuscitation. We also have products focused around sepsis and stroke. Redivus captures real-time documentation, enables care team collaboration, and provides in-depth analytics.
Redivus Health offers subscriptions for enterprises, such as a single hospital or a large health system. Clinicians have access to evidence-based protocols, time-sensitive guidance, notifications, and real-time documentation. With an enterprise subscription, you can also collaborate with your team by sharing events or transferring ownership, and capture comprehensive analytics. Integration with your EHR/EMR is available and usually takes 4 to 6 weeks to complete.
The price of an enterprise subscription varies with the size of hospital and number of beds. We encourage you to Schedule a Demo so we can answer your questions and show how Redivus can increase your staff’s efficiency and improve documentation accuracy. As an individual, you can download Redivus from the App Store or Google Play and start a free, two-week trial subscription.

Getting Started
In a matter of days, users can be trained and feel comfortable using our intuitive product. Integration with the EHR/EMR takes 4 to 6 weeks on average, but we minimize the effort required by your internal IT team to 10-15 hours on average. For more details, consult our Onboarding Process page.
Very. If we’ve done our job, you’ll find a simple, intuitive user experience that becomes familiar very quickly. After 20 to 30 minutes with the app, we believe you’ll feel confident using the software with your patients. We have video tutorials available for each clinical scenario, and most users get up to speed quickly
When you’re using the app or the app is running in the background, in-app alerts notify you and bring attention to clinical events or tasks that need action. We have a bell icon with a badge in the header showing the number of unread alerts. We also have an alert screen that lists all the alerts and allows you to clear alerts that are no longer relevant. When you don’t have the app open or running in the background, push notifications, similar to SMS/text messages, are sent to your device to make sure you don’t miss any critical events.
Clinical
Your EHR does many things, but Redivus is developed specifically for the most time-critical situations where a patient is deteriorating rapidly. For cases of cardiac arrest, respiratory arrest, rapid response, or resuscitative events, our mobile centric or web-based application can be used on any device, and it works online or offline. Redivus provides real-time documentation (collecting 3x more data points than the EHR), step-by-step clinical guidance, and analytics for reporting/quality improvement initiatives. It’s quick and simple to use, and clinicians report that Redivus saves time, relieves stress, and boosts confidence.
Yes, Redivus provides robust analytics capabilities. The Redivus resuscitation, sepsis, and stroke dashboards can be accessed through a web browser and track data from all users of the Redivus app within a hospital. This data can be analyzed for patient care outcomes and quality measures. The analytics dashboard streamlines reporting for code blue committees, quality reviews, and other needs.
The clinical algorithms for cardiac arrest and stroke are based on American Heart Association and American Red Cross guidelines for ALS / PALS. The algorithm for sepsis is based on Sep-2 or Sep-3 criteria, dependent on what your facility has adopted. The software is designed to support additional guidelines and updates as they become available.
No. The “RRT Code Quick Login” button for resuscitations found on the login page enables quick and easy access when you don’t have time to log in. This feature allows you to start a resuscitation event immediately so you don’t miss the first moments of the event. Patient care comes first. Once you’ve completed the event, we give you the opportunity to log in, enter patient information, finalize the event, and share documentation.
Every intervention performed is tracked within the app’s simple, intuitive interface by the touch of a button. Redivus automates documentation that is time-stamped to the second. This documentation (with 3x more data points than the EHR) can then be synced with the EHR/EMR or downloaded as a PDF and added to the patient record, saving charting time and improving accuracy.
We use evidence-based protocols and present them in a way that aids in the retention of knowledge. The app can be used in simulations or mock events to test knowledge and performance, such as CPR skills for the AHA’s Resuscitation Quality Improvement (RQI) program.
Compliance and quality issues are the main reason Redivus exists. By using our solution, your hospital will be in compliance with reporting and evidence-based protocols. Additionally, Redivus provides timers and alerts to ensure interventions are completed efficiently and time-stamped, automating documentation for every intervention made.
Yes. Redivus provides a post-resuscitation debrief within the software, utilizing a plus/delta format and drop-downs for quick data entry. A debrief analytics dashboard compiles the entered data for quality improvement insights, “cold debriefs,” and resuscitation committee reviews.
Technical
Redivus supports Apple devices running iOS (iPhone, iPod Touch, iPad) and smartphones and tablets running Android. For iOS devices, we require iOS 9.0 or higher. For Android devices, we support 8.0 (Oreo) or greater. Redivus also runs on Google Chrome and Microsoft Edge web browsers. There currently are no system requirements for RAM or available storage on your device. Our app storage footprint is very small (less than 30 MB).
Yes. For customers who use shared devices, our app remembers unique accounts on that device after the first successful login attempt. After a successful login, users sharing the device can select their username and then enter their account password to log in.
The Redivus app still works and records data without internet connectivity. You’ll still be able to use the app to evaluate or treat patients. As soon as your connectivity returns, the app will connect to the Redivus Cloud and send data that was queued up while offline. While offline, you will not be able share an event or transfer ownership until you are online again.

Absolutely. Redivus is committed to providing solutions that meet or exceed the standards required by HIPAA and HITECH. For end-to-end security, we use industry-standard encryption to secure all data between the device and our secure cloud platform.
Keeping customer and patient data safe is our highest priority. All data in transit and at rest is encrypted using industry-standard protocols and methods. When logged into the Redivus app, data entered or pulled from the cloud is encrypted and stored in the device’s temporary memory. When you logout or reach a session timeout, all data is erased from the device. Redivus collects and stores all application data generated during a user session in the Redivus Cloud. We de-identify the data after a period of time.
Redivus uses AWS Cognito to integrate with single sign-on solutions using the SAML 2.0 standard. Using this approach, we have integrated with several different SSO providers.
